Dance show filming and photography in Hong Kong
over:heat films and photographs dance shows in Hong Kong with a crew that can cover the performance, stage portraits and post-production together. Dance-show packages start from HKD 9,800 per show.
Live performance coverage has one chance to capture the work on stage. We agree on the cameras, stage photography and delivery before the show, then keep the same crew involved through editing and colour.
Our HKUST Dance Society case combines multi-camera video, front-row playback, stage portraits and a highlight edit. Our work with WC Crew includes crew videos, individual dancer portraits and group photography across the season.
A coverage plan built around the show
The brief starts with the date, venue and deliverables. From there, we scope the crew and agree on what needs to be recorded, photographed and edited. The preparation includes a shot list, call sheet and references before the performance.
Video and photography can be booked together or separately. When both are included, the production plan keeps the camera and stills coverage working around the same stage.

Dance-show coverage starts from HKD 9,800 per show. Dancer and profile portraits start from HKD 900 per person, and reduced rates are available to school and university societies.
Dance and event jobs usually take about two weeks to deliver. Same-day highlights can be scoped when the organiser needs material during or immediately after the event.
